Experience the words of bell hooks — Guardian Spirit, through an educational workshop led by Martha Redbone and Aaron Whitby.

NOTE: This is not the full show of Guardian Spirit, it is a two person educational workshop.

Born Gloria Jean Watkins in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, bell hooks became one of America’s most influential writers, educators, and activists. Through nearly 40 books, she examined race, gender, class, love, and culture with honesty and hope.

Join us for an educational masterclass performance of music, reflection, and inspiration.
